Q. Do you accept Visa Debit or other types of debit.?
A. We accept visa debit as payments, however this is not able to be used as a form of security.  You need a credit card to rent items.  If your card has "Debit" in the name at all, it is not a Credit Card.

Q. Why don't you rent spandex or rouged/streth/lycra/spandex/fitted chair covers?
A. This is a good question with good answers.  99% of our customer are DIY for the savings. There is no way to control quality of the items.  We wash everything, regardless of how it looks, but this type of cover does not avail itself to proper inspection unless it is on the chair.  We are not able to trust that stained items will be returned separately and we do not want to disappoint our customers by providing dirty covers.  Labour is another reason, if it takes 3 hours to put on, it takes the same amount of time to take them off.  Banquet halls and hotels do not allow our crews this kind of time to remove decor, and sending 2 people to put on and 10 to take them off is logistically a nightmare, as well the install crew would earn so little at the prices we charge.  We apologize for not carrying these types of covers, however they simply do not fit into our business model.

Q. Is there a standard banquet hall chair?
A. No, there is no such thing as a standard chair in the industry.  Some venues have 30" high chairs and others up to 45" high chairs.  Ask them for the height of the chair to determine if the Bella will fit properly.   We do not fit bistro chairs or folding chairs.

Q.  How far in advance should I book my chair covers.
A.  There is no defined time required as it is first come first served.  Most times we can fill requests the same day, but you should book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Q.  I don't have my final count of guests yet what do I do?
A.  Your final numbers are not due until 2 weeks prior to your pickup date.   Give us your best guess when making your original reservation and keep us updated if there are changes by phone or email at your convenience.

Q.  I read the rental terms - What stains don't come out?
A.  Natural stains are fine, we can get out almost anything natural (Ie. red wine, blood, food, etc...)   Some things that cannot be removed are Highlighter marks, the liquid inside of glow sticks, food dye from red suckers, pen marks and fabric dye are the only stains we have run into that will ruin the chair covers.

Q. When can I pick up my chair covers?
A.  Early pick up is FREE.  If your event is on a weekend, you can pick up as early as Thursday.  If you need to pick up earlier simply inform us and we will do our best to fill your request. 

Q. How long does it take to put on chair covers, is it hard?
A.  It is really easy to put them on, no training is required. It takes about 40 minutes to put on 100 chair covers for 1 person.   4 people would take 10 minutes to put on 100 chair covers.

Q. Can I view the chair covers?
A.  Yes, you do not need an appointment, please check our Hours and Location link.

Q. How much room will the chair covers take up in my car?
A.  A small car with the trunk and back seat can hold about 200 chair covers.
A mid size car can hold about 250.
An SUV can hold about 350.
A mini van can hold about 600.
Again this is assumed that the trunk and back seats will be empty and/or folded down.
The are loaded flat into your vehicle in regular poly bags, not in boxes or containers.
